Multi Millet Noodles
Multi millet Noodles have the best nutritional combo of five millet varieties which are loaded with protein, calcium, dietary fiber and several essential minerals. They are easy to make, ready in 10 minutes. The Multi millet noodles are 100 times nutritionally superior than the commercially available instant noodles.
Ingredients:
Wheat, Multi Millet (Finger Millet/Ragi,Pearl Millet, Little Millet, Kodo Millet, Barnyard Millet), Groundnut Oil and Salt.
Tastemaker Masala: Chili powder, Salt, Turmeric powder, Pepper, Ginger and Spices.
How to Prepare:
- Boil 180g Noodles in 1 liter of water for 3 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
- Fry onions, capsicum, carrots, cabbage and other desired vegetables in a little amount of oil.
- Add the spices Masala to it and mix thoroughly.
- Add the mixed vegetables to the boiled noodles, mix well and serve hot.
